City of Brockville launches new Brockville.com

Brockville – The City of Brockville has officially launched its new and improved website to enhance the customer experience and make it easier for residents to access City services.

The new Brockville.com can be accessed on any mobile device, including laptops, tablets and phones and features:

• a fresh, clean look and feel,
• easier to read, larger font, and stronger colour contrast for improved accessibility,
• AccessiBe tool to further customize and enhance accessibility features for all users,
• refreshed and more relevant content,
• more intuitive navigation and improved search tool to find information easily.

Residents are encouraged to explore the site and try out the robust search tools to find information relevant to them. The new “subscribe to page” feature allows residents to sign up for alerts if there are changes to the content on pages they have a particular interest in. There are new interactive forms for reporting concerns, submitting applications, applying for municipal job postings and more.

Let the City know what you think of the new Brockville.com or report an issue by completing the online feedback form linked to from the bottom of all pages on the new website. The feedback received will help the City continuously improve the website.
