Lyndhurst – A Rural Community Expo is being held this Sunday, June 4th at Furnace Falls Farm near Lyndhurst.
The Expo runs from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Furnace Falls Farm located at 504 Old Briar Hill Road. It is being hosted by the Lyndhurst, Seeley’s Bay & District Chamber of Commerce, Furnace Falls Farm and Wendy’s Country Market.
There will be over 40 vendors and an interesting group of guest speakers, live entertainment and a Fun Kids Zone. As well as a chance to win a grand prize package.
Guest speakers will include, Annick Rousseau with “Intro to Biodynamic Gardening”, Dr. Dodie Elkins with “Is the pain getting on your nerves?”, Susan Bunge with “Adventure Smart – Hug-a-Tree” and Cindy Healy with “The History of Chocolate”.
As well, Artist Phil Chadwick will be painting Plein Air demos and live music by Pat Johnson.
They will be accepting donations to the local food bank for admission.
