Brockville – Police reports from the Brockville Police Service from September 7 to 11, 2023.
Non-Communication Condition Breached:
On August 31, 2023, at about 6:15 pm, police received a complaint regarding a 46-year-old, male, who breached conditions on his probation. Investigation revealed that the male was on condition to abstain from communication with a female. It was learned he made several attempts to communicate with the female by attending her residence and attempting to speak with her. On September 9, 2023, at about 3:00 p.m., the male was located and arrested. He was charged with failing to comply with probation and released with a future court date.
Harassing Behaviour Leads to an Arrest:
On September 7, 2023, at about 6:00 pm, police received a complaint regarding a 49-year-old, male, who was harassing another individual by following them and attending to their place of employment. This male was spoken to and warned to cease his behaviour, yet it continued. On
September 11, 2023, at about 6:30 a.m., more information was brought forward regarding this male’s actions. Later at about 4:30 pm, the male was located and placed under arrest. He was held for bail after being charged with criminal harassment.
Probation Order Breached:
On September 7, 2023, at about 4:00 pm, an officer observed a 42-year-old, male, in the area of Perth St., in the company of a female. This male is known to be on probation with conditions to abstain from communicating with this female. The two quickly left the area. Later, on September 11, 2023, at about 3:15 pm, officers located the male in question and placed him
under arrest for failing to comply with probation, from the previous incident on September 7 th. He was later released with new conditions and a future court date.
