Kemptville scored one in the first period on a goal by Grady Logue. There was no scoring in the second period.
Nepean would tie it up in the third by Curtiss Sturgeon.
Grady Logue would score the winning goal in the overtime period.
The 73s will host the Smiths Falls Bears on Sunday afternoon. The puck drops at 2:00 p.m.
