Brockville – Here are some of the holiday events happening this weekend in and around Brockville.
LGIH Festival of Trees:
Leeds Grenville Interval House will be hosting a Festival of Trees this year at 125 Stewart Blvd (in the old Fabricland).
Trees will be set up for viewing starting at 3:00 pm on Friday till 7:00 pm and again on Saturday all day until 7:00 pm and on Sunday until 1:00 pm.
Draws will take place on Sunday, November 26th at noon, and winners can come and pick up their trees after the drawing.
SpencerWhoville:
The daytime market is on Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm at the Drummond Building
Night Market is from 4 pm to 9 pm at Spencercity Bar and Grill
The tree lighting is at 6 pm sharp
Choir, Spencerwhoville dancers, horse and wagon rides and visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus, The Grinch, Cindy Lou Who and Jason the Elf.

Friends of Fulford Place Annual Christmas At Fulford Open House:

The fundraiser will feature live music, goodies, giveaways, demonstrations, and local history all within the beautifully decorated mansion.
Admission is $5/person, $10/family (two adults, two children), and children under 6 are free.

A Very Merry Grinchmas:
‘A Very Merry Grinchmas’ is being held Saturday in Downtown Brockville in support of Girls Inc.
The ‘Stocking Drive’ is asking for “Stocking Stuffer Donations” for girls aged 6 -13. Monetary donations are also greatly appreciated.
Join us on November 25th from 3 pm till 6 pm (Santa Claus Parade Day) in the Lobby of the Chartwell Residence at 5 King Street East, (beside City Hall).
The Grinch will be there with his trusty sidekicks Max and Pyper for photos and shenanigans. After making your donation, be sure to drop by our “Who-Ville Refreshment Stand” for Pizza, Cookies, Hot Chocolate, Candy Canes and the ever-popular classic Candy Grinch Poop.
2023 Brockville Rotary Santa Claus Parade:
Saturday from 5 pm to 7 pm
This year’s parade is happening on Saturday, November 25th starting at 5:00 pm.
This year’s theme is “Christmas Fun and Games”.
Brockville River of Lights:
Starting Saturday, November 25, 2023, following the Santa Claus parade in Downtown Brockville, join us every night on Blockhouse Island for the River of Lights, presented by Canarm. The show runs nightly until January 2, 2024.
Between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm each night the light and sound show will run in a loop, making the trees dance with lights as a mix of contemporary music and classic holiday tunes entertain you, while the first and final hours each night (5-6 pm & 10-11 pm) display softly glowing lights (no music).
