Brockville Police Investigating After a Home Invasion and Shots Fired Friday Night

Police Say Multiple Crime Scenes Involved, Suspects Still at Large!

Brockville – Brockville Police are investigating after they received numerous 911 calls regarding gunshots fired in the area of Pine Street in the city around 8:00 pm on Friday.

In a press release, police said that this disturbance led police to search for suspects throughout the downtown area of Brockville, who were believed to be in a small white sedan.

During the initial stages, it was also learned that there was a home invasion that had taken place, in the area of George Street. These two incidents were later discovered to be connected.

Police also said that there was a multi-officer response to secure multiple crime scenes and all known victims involved were accounted for and luckily, no one was seriously injured.

They continued that they are in the initial stages of what is going to be a lengthy investigation and additional details will be released as the investigation unfolds.

At this time, the suspects involved in this incident remain at large.

Police are asking the public to avoid the areas of Pine St. between Bartholomew Street and Bennett Street and George Street between Perth Street and Clarissa Street.

They are also asking for any citizens who have surveillance cameras on King Street East, between the areas of Bennett Street and Court House Ave., to check for any video footage of suspicious activity involving a small white sedan, around 8:00 pm on Friday.
