Rain continues today with additional rainfall amounts of 15 to 30 mm. Rain ends this afternoon or evening.
Rain will affect portions of eastern Ontario today before tapering off later this afternoon or evening. The heaviest rainfall is expected this morning, particularly for areas closer to the Quebec border.
Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights ahead and be prepared to stop. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
For information concerning flooding, please consult your local Conservation Authority or Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry office. Visit Ontario.ca/floods for the latest details.
