
Algonquin – A new business opened in Augusta Township last week.
Dixon’s General Store and Café held a grand opening on Wednesday, December 13th at their location at 5202 County Road 15 in the village of Algonquin.
On hand for the opening were Augusta Councillor Hendrik Pape, Mayor Jeff Shaver, Deputy Mayor Adrian Wynands and MPP Steve Clarke.
They assisted with the ribbon cutting by owner Arnold Dixon at Dixon’s General Store with staff looking on.
