Order of the Eastern Star – Leeds Chapter 255 Donates $10,000 to Brockville General Hospital In Memory Of Norm Lapointe

Phillipsville – The Order of the Eastern Star – Leeds Chapter 255 donated a generous $10,000 in loving memory of Norm LaPointe. The funds will go towards the purchase of an MRI machine for Brockville General Hospital, through the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation’s Your Health Your Hospital Campaign.

Norm LaPointe, a cherished member of the Eastern Star Leeds Chapter 244, passed away in May 2021. In honour of his legacy and selfless spirit, the Order of the Eastern Star – Leeds Chapter 255 has contributed this substantial amount to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation.

The Your Health Your Hospital MRI/Equipment Campaign aims to bolster critical medical resources and advance healthcare accessibility in our community. The generous donation from the Order of the Eastern Star – Leeds Chapter 255 will significantly contribute to this noble cause, assisting in the acquisition of an MRI Machine.
