Brockville – The longtime publisher of The Brockville Recorder and Times, Hunter Grant passed away on Wednesday at age 81 at Brockville General Hospital, following an illness.
In a career spanning decades, Grant became a prominent voice in local affairs, a stickler for accurate and ethical reporting in local news, and a staunch advocate of independent journalism on the national stage.
