Maitland – Are you a maker, crafter, creator, or artisan in Augusta?
Augusta’s Economic Development & Tourism Committee is looking for participants for a pilot program called ‘The Maker’s Map’ to put Makers -like you- on the map!
They are holding a second information session on Thursday, February 22nd at 6:30 pm at the MERC Hall for the second Maker’s Map Information Session.
To qualify for the program, which is partially funded by Grenville Community Futures Development Corporation, you must be:
- Resident or headquartered within the borders of Augusta Township
- Have a product, service or destination experience that is unique and original
- Passionate about your work
- Dedicated to quality and craftsmanship
- Willingness to embrace technology
- Open to collaborating with other local businesses
- Be open to ‘Open Houses’ days; and
- Supportive of Augusta Township and our business community
