Brockville – Thousand Islands Secondary School (TISS) in collaboration with Connect Youth’s Coldest Night of the Year is holding its first annual Fill-A-Tent-Event for Homeless Youth tomorrow, Friday, February 23rd from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at the TISS main doors.
Students will be outside all day trying to fill a tent for homeless and vulnerable youth in our community.
Donations needed include blankets, pillows, sleeping bags, tents, pet food, jogging pants, hoodies, non-perishable food items, and winter gear.
They will have hot chilli and coffee waiting for you when you donate.
