Prescott – The Prescott/Grenville County Emergency Services Family Night is being held tonight at the Alaine Chartrand Community Centre.
As a kick-off to March Break, the free, family event will feature public skating from 5 pm to 6 pm, Emergency Services vs. Grenville Youth from 6 pm to 7 pm and a skills competition from 7 pm to 8 pm.
Grenville OPP, Prescott Fire Department and Leeds & Grenville Paramedics will be in attendance for the event.
Youth ages 12 to 16 are invited to sign up for the hockey game.
The skills competition is open to the public to find the fastest shot, and fastest skater and a shoot-out with the OPP, Paramedics and Fire Department.
The event is hosted by the Town of Prescott and the Grenville County OPP Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT).
Those who are planning on going to tonight’s event are asked to bring a donation to the South Grenville Food Bank.
