Leeds-Grenville – Here are Leeds & Grenville OPP police reports from March 24th to 26th, 2024.
Leeds County OPP:
March 25th:
At 8:40 am on Monday OPP responded to Highway 15 north of Seeley’s Bay for an early morning collision involving a school bus. Minor injuries were reported.
OPP is seeking witnesses and to speak with the driver of a second vehicle that did not remain at the scene.
Grenville County OPP:
March 26th:
Another suspended driver was taken off of the road by Grenville OPP, this time on Hwy 416 Northbound near Spencerville.
The driver was stopped for speeding at 140km/h. Road safety is everyone’s responsibility. Don’t put other road users at risk. #SlowDown.
March 24th:
OPP is looking for public assistance regarding a road rage-related collision that occurred on Sunday, March 24th at approximately 7:00 am on Hwy 416 South Bound by Spencerville. A newer (possibly Honda) white vehicle, forced one of the vehicles off the fast lane causing it to collide with another vehicle.
Alcohol, cannabis, over-the-counter and/or prescription medications can all impact your judgement, coordination, and reaction time behind the wheel.
This National Impaired Driving Prevention Week, Grenville OPP has used its RIDE programs for both enforcement & education.
