Brockville – It is that time of year again as the 15th Annual 1000 Islands Regatta is set to take over the Brockville waterfront this weekend.
It runs from June 28th to 30th at Blockhouse Island and features two days of heart-pumping hydroplane racing, two nights of some great music and a Kids Zone and Food/Vendors area.
The Hydroplane races take place Saturday & Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and feature 5 different classes, JSS, 2.5L, H350 and Grand Prix. The gates open on both Saturday & Sunday at 9:00 am.
Friday night the gates open at 5:00 pm. Kicking off the regatta on Friday night is the legendary Canadian rockers, 54-40 along with Sammi & The Boys and Logan Brown.
Saturday night’s entertainment will feature Big Wreck, Ohms Law and Twin Turbos.
Each night’s entertainment starts at 6:00 pm until 11:00 pm in front of the Railway Tunnel.

- VIP Weekend Pass – $150
- Friday Only – $40
- Saturday Only – $50
- Saturday & Sunday Races Only – $25.90
- Sunday Races Only – $17.26
