Brockville – The Red Hot & Blue Rockabilly Weekend is happening this weekend, July 18th to 21st in Brockville.
The four days of non-stop music will feature Jack de Keyzer’s Rock-a-billy show (The Bop Cats years), Cadillac Rumble, Ginger St James (ON), The Allez Cats (ON), The Shakedown Combo (NS), Jittery Jack & Miss Amy Griffin (USA), The Howlin’ Hound Dogs (QC), The Kingmakers (ON), The Carnivals (USA), Three Blue Teardrops (USA), HJ & The Constellations (QC), and Mark Malibu & the Wasagas (ON).
Thursday is opening night at St John’s United Church with doors opening at 7:30 pm featuring Jack de Keyzer’s Rock-a-billy show (The Bop Cats years) and Record Hop with DJ Atomik. Plus Cadillac Rumble will be performing at the 1000 Islands Brewery from 8:00 pm until 11:00 pm.
Friday evening entertainment is at St. John’s United Church with doors opening at 7:30 pm and running until 2:00 am.
Music by Ginger St James (ON), The Allez Cats (ON), The Shakedown Combo (NS), Jittery Jack & Miss Amy Griffin (USA) and DJ Lucky Luc (Qc).
On Saturday, there will be Jive Lessons by Anthony & Gabrielle, the Bev Hogue Art Show, a vintage market, a fashion show and a Silent Auction for the Cancer Society.
Music on Saturday evening will feature The Howlin’ Hound Dogs (QC), The Kingmakers (ON), The Carnivals (USA), Three Blue Teardrops (USA) and DJ Tony Be Good.
Sunday there will be a brunch, and a Surfin’ Cruise featuring live music by HJ & The Constellations (QC) and Mark Malibu & the Wasagas (ON).
