Lansdowne – The 160th edition of the Lansdowne Fair is being held this weekend from Thursday, July 18th to Sunday, July 21st at the Lansdowne Fairgrounds.
Everything gets underway on Thursday afternoon when the gates open at 3:00 pm. It will feature the Mini King & Queen Contest, Opening Ceremonies, and live music by the Epic Eagles Tribute Band.
Friday the gates open at 3:00 pm and will see the World’s Finest Shows Midway, Senior’s Day, Live music by Dave Ralph, a Pony pull, and the Eastern Ontario Draft Horse Pull.
The first full day on Saturday, the gates open at 8:00 am. and will feature a Carver, Heavy Horse & Miniature Horse Shows, Dr. Kaboom, Super Dogs, Alice in Wonderland Meet & Greet, Demolition Derby and live music by Cheryl Adrian & Friends.
Sunday will see a Pancake Breakfast, Antique Classic Car Show, Western Horse Show, Chainsaw Challenge, Baby Contest, Chicken BBQ Dinner, Truck & Tractor Pulls, Talent Show, and more.
Daily admission costs are for Adults (13 & up) Thursday & Friday $10 and Saturday & Sunday, $15.
An individual weekend pass is $40 at the gates or in advance at the fair office.
