Brockville – The Leeds, Grenville & Lanark District Health Unit monitors 23 local beaches weekly throughout the summer season from June 28 to August 30, 2024.
The following beaches are posted as unsafe for swimming this week:
The water is not recommended for swimming. The latest bacterial tests of the water indicated unacceptable levels of bacteria.

- Gananoque – Joel Stone Beach
- Lanark Highlands – Dalhousie Lake
- Merrickville – Merrickville Beach
- Mississippi Mills – Almonte Beach
- Mississippi Mills – Pakenham Beach
- North Elmsley – Rideau Ferry Yacht Club
The Following Beaches are OPEN:
The latest bacterial test of the water indicated acceptable bacteria levels and can be used for swimming and other recreation purposes.
