Brockville and District Chamber of Commerce Announces 2024 Young Professional of the Year

Brockville – The Brockville & District Chamber of Commerce announced this week that Christopher Dang is the recipient of the 2024 Young Professional of the Year.

Christopher was a 40 under 40 recipient in 2022. At that time, he was noted as a young professional growing in his career at Burnbrae Farms in Accounting. Since then, he has continued to grow his career at Burnbrae and has expanded to be a regular community member with Brockville Rotary as well as a Board Director and finance committee member with United Way Leeds & Grenville.

Christopher began volunteering in Brockville at a young age through YMCA children’s programs and coaching soccer. He is continuing to grow in his professional career and work for a better future for us all in our community by aligning with agencies and various groups to give back.

“Mr. Dang is an inspiring young professional. He is kind, giving, open, humble and dedicated to his community. We look forward to celebrating the Young Professional of the Year with Christopher’s family and friends at the Awards of Excellence Gala on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at the Brockville Country Club.” said the chamber.

They will also be announcing the recipients for: Business of The Year, Small Business of The Year, Community Excellence Award, the Tourism Award and the Ben TeKamp Award.
