Spencerville—The 169th Spencerville Fair will be held this weekend from Thursday, September 12th, to Sunday, September 15th, at the Spencerville Fair Grounds.
Everything gets underway this Thursday, September 12th. The gates open at 4:00 pm.
Opening ceremonies are being held starting at 7:00 pm in the Drummond Building.
The fair will see a Marketplace, Craft and Artisans, Barn of Learning, Antique Showcase, 4-H Club Shows, Farmer’s Olympics, a Pet Show, Pony & Horse Show, Touch a Truck, The Royalty Show including Little Sir & Little Miss Competition, Junior Ambassador & Ambassador competitions, Cattle Show, Baby Show, Kids Entertainment, and much more.
Robertson Amusements’ Midway is at the fair, running 5 pm to 11 pm on Thursday, 11 am to 11 pm on both Friday & Saturday and 10 am to 4 pm on Sunday.
The popular Spencerville Fair Parade is being held on Saturday starting at 11:00 am. The theme is “Celebrating Our Communities”.
Live entertainment this weekend will include, Heartbroken – A Tom Petty Experience, Country Rocks, The Amanda Keeley Band, Shawn Austin, Adam Hamelin & Country Junk and more.
Admission: Thursday is by a monetary donation to the South Grenville Food Bank, Friday is Adults – $15, Children 12 & under are free, Saturday and Sunday is Adults – $15, Children 6-12 $5 and children 5 & under free.
