Police do not believe there is any threat to public safety, however, the public is being asked to avoid the area!
Brockville – The Brockville Police Service is investigating a shooting on Monday morning in Downtown Brockville.
Police say that around 1:00 am this morning they responded to a report of gunshots in the area of King Street East and Park Street in Downtown Brockville.
They say they responded immediately and secured the area. They searched and found no victims or suspects. police say they can confirm multiple shots were fired and are continuing to investigate the incident.
There are no reports of any injuries at this time, however, there will be a heavy police presence in the area as officers continue to investigate the matter.
