
Tincap – The Friends of the Mac Johnson Wildlife Area are hosting their Annual Fall festival on Saturday, October 26th at Mac Johnson, 4649 Debruge Road just east of Tincap.
The day runs from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and will feature a Kids Zone, Mush Larose Dogsled Races, campfire story, pumpkin carving, a scavenger hunt, outdoor games, a canteen and more.
The canteen will have Chili, hotdogs, sausages and drinks. Food is individually priced.
Students from Thousand Islands Secondary School will also be on site to launch the book they designed in class, to honour and celebrate Mac Johnson Wildlife Area.
The event is run entirely by volunteers and is 100% “by donation”.
Admission is by donation.
