Brockville – Brockville Police are investigating a break-in to a Downtown Brockville business that happened at the Shopper Drug Mart at midnight on Monday.
Police say they received a call about a break-in at the Shoppers Drug Mart on King St. West. Upon investigation, it was revealed that the suspect had entered the store by breaking a window. Once they entered, they quickly selected a variety of electronic items like; PS5, Nintendo Switch, Apple Air Pods, etc.
Police said the suspect was in the store for a short period and fled. The suspect was wearing a black coat with fur on the hood, glasses and a mask.
The exact value of stolen merchandise is not yet known but is within the approximate range of $2000.00-$3,000.00.
As the investigation continues police say they are working on leads.
