Prescott – The South Grenville Senior Rangers lost 6-3 to the visiting South Stormont Mustangs on Saturday night in Eastern Ontario Super Hockey League (EOSHL) action at the Alaine Chartrand Community Centre in Prescott.
The Mustangs outshot the Rangers 55 to 30 during Saturday’s game.
Scoring for South Grenville were #18 Zachary Lefebvre (#17 Brandon Gilmour) in the first period, #28 Etienne Champagne (#17 Brandon Gilmour, #18 Zachary Lefebvre), #28 Etienne Champagne (#17 Brandon Gilmour, #7 Nathan Merrett) in the second and third periods.
The Ranger’s Brandon Gilmour got the second star of the game for his three assists.
The Senior Rangers will host the Glengarry Pipers this Saturday at the Alaine Chartrand Community Centre. The puck drops at 7:30 pm.
