Brockville – Large crowds and great weather were in store for Downtown Brockville’s Annual Miracle on King Street on Saturday.
With temperatures around 12C on Saturday, many people took in the events along King Street from Perth Street to Bethune Street.

King Street was transformed into a festive wonderland which saw Santa’s Village & Workshop with ornament making, reindeer feeding, two petting zoos and live music.
The event also featured horse-drawn wagon rides around Blockhouse Island.
Live music included Amanda Keeley Trio, Mark Lloyd & Rob Riesberry, Soul to Squeeze, the 1000 Islanders Chorus, Trina Alexandrova and more as well as Eddy and the Stingrays.
Brockville Tourism also hosted Flannel & Frost at the event which featured a festive lounge, Cozy Firepits, a Chili Cookoff, Family-Friendly Axe Throwing with Capitol Axe Throwing, Elsa from The Fairytale Loft and more.
There was also a Flannel Style Christmas Tree Farm, Ugly Sweater Decorating Contest, Gingerbread House-Making Competition, and Floral Pop-up Shop.
After the event, the 2024 Santa Claus Parade wound its way through the Downtown streets.
