Kemptville – The Kemptville 73s lost their game on Friday night 5-2 to the Pembroke Lumber Kings while they won 5-4 over the Smiths Falls Bears on Sunday.
In Friday’s game, Kemptville scored only one goal in the third period from Nicholas Bennett with assists from Santino Canevari, and Nicholas Voisey.
Sunday’s game saw the 73s score 5 goals, from Matthew Montoni (Redmond, Canevari), Aiden Stubbings (Gilmour, Bennett) and Gavin McDougall (Trottier, Shaw) in the second period. The Bears also scored three in the period.
In the third period, Kemptville would pick up two more on goals from Avry Shaw (Canevari, Sweetapple), and Nicholas Bennett (McDougall, Stubbings).
