Prescott – The South Grenville Junior Rangers won a 2-1 decision over the Cumberland Castors on Friday night in NCJHL action in Prescott.
Scoring the two Rangers goals were, 11 Justin Van Luit (14 Jake Horan, 61 Nicholas “A” Campeau )in the first period and 61 Nicholas “A” Campeau (12 Nicholas Seguin, 91 Matteo Dixon) in the third period.
In the second period, Ben Thomas scored Cumberland’s lone goal (10 Tyler Brennan, 17 Isaac Leduc).
The Junior Rangers will travel to Almonte tonight to play the Inferno. Game time is 7:30 pm.
