Breach of Release Conditions:
On January 4th, 2025, at about 8:30 am, a 41-year-old female was arrested in relation to being at a downtown business, contrary to her conditions. She was held for a bail hearing.
On January 4th, 2025, at approximately 3:00 AM, police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle, which led to the arrest of a 20-year-old female passenger who provided a false name to police. She was taken into custody for breaching a previous release condition stemming from an Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) incident.
The woman was in the presence of her boyfriend, despite a condition prohibiting her from associating with him. She was charged with breach of undertaking and obstructing police, she was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Male Arrested After Intimate Partner Violence Incident:
On January 4th, 2025, at about 2:00 am, police received a 911 call regarding a 41-year-old male involved in a dispute with his 31-year-old girlfriend. As a result of the argument, the male kicked in the door of the residence and made threatening comments towards his girlfriend. The male left before the police arrived.
On January 6th, 2025, at 2:15 am, while on an unrelated call, the male subject was located hiding behind a vehicle. He was arrested for Mischief, Uttering threats and Unlawful in a dwelling. He was held in custody pending a show cause hearing.
