Four People Facing Drug Trafficking Charges After Investigation in Brockville

Brockville – Four people have been arrested and face drug charges following a drug trafficking investigation in the Brockville area.

OPP say on Thursday, March 6, 2025, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) East Region Community Street Crime Unit, assisted by the OPP Canine Unit and officers from the Leeds County Detachment and Brockville City Police, executed a search warrant at a residence on Kincaid Street in Brockville.

Police seized nearly three grams of suspected fentanyl, over four grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine and nearly 14 grams of suspected cocaine. They also seized a variety of weapons, a loaded syringe, just under $2,300 in cash, as well as items typically associated with drug trafficking. Four people were arrested at the scene.

Alexandra DAOUST, age 25 of Edwardsburgh-Cardinal Township, David HANNAH, age 56 of Brockville, Mark MCINTOSH, age 51 of Gananoque and Joanne RYAN, age 59 of Leeds and the Thousand Islands Township have each been charged with three counts of possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking.

MCINTOSH is additionally charged with:

Possession of a prohibited device
Possession of a prohibited device contrary to a prohibition order
Fail to comply with a probation order

HANNA and RYAN were released from custody and are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on April 4, 2025.

DAOUST remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in court for a bail hearing today (March 7, 2025). MCINTOSH remains in custody and is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on March 12, 2025.
