Brockville – Barring the last four minutes, the Braves played lacklustre hockey to suffer the loss and allow the Grads to extend the series on Sunday in Game 6 at the Memorial Centre.
The Braves gathered momentum, appeared rejuvenated and swarmed the Grads’ net in the last 5 minutes or so. But all to no avail as Ryan Woodward’s charges extended the series by knotting it up at 3 each.
Game 7, a must-win for the Braves, is set for Tuesday at 7:30 pm back in Navan.
