
Brockville – Over 4,600 Hydro One customers are currently without power west of Brockville.
The area affected includes Elizabethtown-Kitley, including Lyn, Butternut Bay, Front of Yonge, including Mallorytown, Mallorytown Landing, Yonge Mills, Macintosh Mills and Caintown.
As well as areas of Leeds & Thousand Islands, including Rockport, Ivy Lea, Lansdowne, to Halsteads Bay.
Hydro One says that the outage is caused by a downed tree due to the high winds today, with pockets of outages still being assessed.
Wind today is out of the west at 30 km/h gusting to 60.
Hydro One did not have an estimated time of restoration yet.
