2nd Annual Forget Me Not Open Golf Tournament in support of the Alzheimer’s Society, Being Held June 20th

Brockville – Join us on June 20th for the 2nd Annual Forget Me Not Open Golf Tournament in support of the Alzheimer’s Society at beautiful Cedar Valley Golf and Country Club (7041 Cty Rd 29, Brockville) for a day of golf, games and a little playful competition – all for a great cause!

Registration starts at 10 am with a shotgun start at 11 am. Grab your foursome ($100 per player) for 13 holes of golf (a cart included), snacks, games, a silent auction and a BBQ banquet. Registration is now open. You can register and pay in person at the Scotiabank branch in Brockville, Smiths Falls, Carleton Place or Perth.

This year, Scotiabank is our presenting sponsor and will be matching the registration fees of the first 30 golfers and joining us on June 20th with some games and swag!

The South Grenville Beacon and Uncle Buck’s News are also sponsoring and helping us share the event throughout Leeds & Grenville!

Senior Transitions has signed on as our Hole in One sponsor with a $10,000 prize**.

The Alzheimer’s Society Lanark Leeds Grenville is a charity operating free and low-cost programming, education, respite and support groups throughout Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville. We have offices in Carleton Place, Almonte, Smiths Falls, Perth and Brockville. We offer Adult Day Programs, Overnight Stay Care, Caregiver support groups, free Dementia Friendly Communities Training, and other free community education programs right here in our local communities.
