One driver confirmed deceased!
Edwardsburgh-Cardinal – The Grenville County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a fatal collision.
On May 25, 2025, shortly after 1:00 p.m., officers responded to a two-vehicle collision involving a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle on County Road 22 at Brouseville Road, in Edwardsburgh Cardinal Township.
The 29-year-old driver of the motorcycle sustained fatal injuries at the scene. The driver and passenger of the other vehicle sustained minor injuries and were transported to an area hospital by the Leeds Grenville Paramedic Service.
The area was initially closed and has since reopened. The investigation continues with assistance from the OPP Technical Collision Investigators (TCI) and a Reconstructionist.
