
Brockville – A 55-year-old Brockville Woman was arrested and charged with possession and trafficking after Brockville Police executed a drug search warrant at a Bartholomew Street residence.
Police say that in the early morning hours of May 29, 2025, members of the Brockville Police Service Drugs and Intelligence Unit, with support from the Emergency Response Team and the Ontario Provincial Police Leeds County Community Street Crime Unit, executed a search warrant at a residence on Bartholomew Street as part of an ongoing drug investigation.
The woman along with an 18-year-old male were taken into custody during the search where the police seized 92 grams of methamphetamine, 82 oxycodone tablets, 1.5 grams of cocaine, $1,200 in Canadian currency, $1,800 in prepaid credit cards as well as a currency counter, digital scales, packaging materials, safes, and several knives, according to police.
Police said the 18-year-old male was released without charges following the investigation.
The woman was charged with two counts of possession for trafficking, specifically methamphetamine and oxycodone. She was released and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
The Brockville Police Service said they remain committed to addressing drug-related crime and protecting the safety of our community.
