Celebrate Canada Day in Seeley’s Bay — A Full Day of Free Family Fun on July 1, 2025!

Seeley’s Bay – Canada Day in Seeley’s Bay is shaping up to be a celebration to remember!

On Tuesday, July 1, our lakeside village will buzz with activities, music, food, and patriotic spirit — all organized by local volunteers and made possible by generous community support.

This Year’s Canada Day Highlights:

• Morning Service: Begin the day with reflection and unity at the Ecumenical Church Service at 11:00 a.m.
• Sporting Fun: Sign up for Volleyball at 9:30 a.m., with the game kicking off at 10:00 a.m. Try your hand at Pickleball and Tennis for Absolute Beginners in the afternoon!
• Family Activities Galore: Enjoy games, crafts, face painting, karaoke, and more in Centennial Park from 2:30–5:00 p.m. Don’t miss Little Ray’s Reptiles at the Legion from 2:30–3:30 p.m., sponsored by Seeley’s Bay Residents Association (SBARA).
• Parade of Canadian Spirit: Line the streets or join in! The Canada Day Parade kicks off at 1:00 p.m. sharp. Want to participate? Download the Parade Registration Form (proof of insurance required for vehicles) and return it by June 25 to: tanyabagyan@hotmail.com.
• Tasty Eats: Grab lunch at the Canteen (cash only) and stay for the Chicken BBQ at the Legion starting at 4:00 p.m. (Tickets available in advance at the Legion).
• Evening Entertainment: Starting at 6:00 p.m., Backlash takes the stage with music perfect for dancing or relaxing under the stars.
• Fireworks Finale: End the night with a bang at dusk with our Spectacular Fireworks Display.

Event Details:

All events occur in and around Centennial Park in Seeley’s Bay and are completely FREE to attend, though donations toward the fireworks are greatly appreciated!
