
Brockville – The 23rd annual Brockville Ribfest in support of Big Brothers’ Big Sisters of Leeds & Grenville is set to take place from August 8th to 10th in Centennial/Hardy Park in Downtown Brockville.
Ribfest is the largest fundraiser for Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Leeds & Grenville.
As Canada’s leading child and youth mentoring charity, the funds from the event will help facilitate life-changing relationships that inspire and empower children and youth to reach their potential, both as individuals and citizens. By participating in Brockville Ribfest, you are helping them make a positive difference in the lives of our community’s youth.

This year, instead of being a four-day event, it is a three-day event starting on Friday instead of Thursday.
There will be six ribbers, with Ribs Royale, Silver Bullet BBQ, Billy Bones BBQ, Crabby’s BBQ Shack, Jack the Ribber and Dinosaur Smokehouse.
Ribfest begins at 11:00 am on Friday, August 8th. There will be a vendor village, a Kids Zone, Food booths, a Beer Garden, Live music, the Howard Travel Rib Eating Contest, Brockville Hyundai Beach Volleyball Tournament, Cops & Kids Fishing Derby, pay-to-play bounce Houses, Arm Wrestling Competition, Bingo, Ribfest Idol, a petting zoo and more.
Live music on the Ribfest stage will include Jeff Callery, Bradley Smith, Sun Dried Flies, Cadillac Rumble, Capitol City Beatles, Ryan James, Mark Bergman, Sue Prosser, Lucas Oak, North of 10, The Chesterfields, Rock School, Crossing Lines, and Healy and Orr.
