Brockville – Canarm Ltd. is expanding again. It is expanding its Brockville HVAC manufacturing facility with a 32,000 sq. ft. addition.
“The expansion, which includes increased production and warehousing capacity, marks a significant step in Canarm’s growth journey and reinforces its commitment to the Brockville community. The expansion also strengthens their ability to serve customers and supports new product development,” said Canarm
An official groundbreaking ceremony for the expansion was held on Friday, August 8th at the site with Canarm chairman and owner David Beatty, Canarm co-owner and president Jim Cooper, Canarm CEO Fred Prinzer, along with DC Snelling’s Brad Snelling, Brockville Mayor Matt Wren, Leeds—Grenville—Thousand Islands—Rideau Lakes MP Michael Barrett, and Leeds—Grenville—Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes MPP Steve Clark.
Construction on the expansion began today (Monday, August 11, 2025).

The expansion will increase production and warehousing capacity, supporting new product development and strengthening Canarm’s ability to serve customers, according to Canarm.
Canarm says the project has received support from all three levels of government. The expansion is also driven by recent acquisitions and the dedication of their team.
“This 32,000 sq. ft. plant expansion will increase our production and warehousing capacity — an investment in Canarm’s future that reinforces our long-term commitment to our customers, our employees, and our local community.” Canarm said in a post on Facebook.” We were proud to be joined by representatives from all three levels of government, along with members of our construction and project teams, and Canarm leadership for this exciting milestone.”
