Driver Charged with Impaired Driving

Brockville – On August 31, 2025, at about 12:15 am, police received a 911 call regarding a male passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle in a parking lot on Kensington Parkway.

Officers arrived and located a 27-year-old male behind the wheel, passed out with the vehicle in drive. The driver was placed under arrest for impaired driving. He was taken to the Brockville Police Service for testing, which confirmed he was operating the vehicle while impaired.

The vehicle was impounded, the driver’s licence suspended, and he was charged with operation while impaired and operation while impaired – blood alcohol over 80mg.
