
Brockville – The Brockville & District Chamber of Commerce’s 66th Awards of Excellence Gala was held on Thursday, September 18th at the Brockville Country Club.
The annual gala recognizes the outstanding achievements of the businesses, organizations and individuals who make a positive difference in our community.

Winners already announced in the weeks leading up to Thursday’s Gala were honoured: President’s Award – Lesly Patry, Business Person of the Year – Jim Cooper, Young Professional of the Year- Melissa Hindman and Citizen of the Year Stephanie Steed.
As well as the winners were announced for Business of the Year, Small Business of the Year, Tourism Award, Community Excellence Award and the Ben Tekamp Memorial Award.
Business of the Year went to Amstead Design, Small Business of the Year went to Henderson Printing & Digital Media, Tourism Award went to Brockville Tourism, The Community Excellence Award went to Girls In. of Upper Canada, and the Ben Tekamp Memorial Award went to St. Lawrence Psychotherapy and Wellness.
