Have Your Say: Fire Department Master Fire Plan Survey Now Open!

Edwardsburgh-Cardinal – The Edwardsburgh Cardinal Fire Department (ECFD) is developing a new Master Fire Plan and invites residents to share their input through a brief community survey.
A Master Fire Plan sets out strategies to ensure the Fire Department continues to meet the needs of the community now and in the years ahead. The Plan will serve as a roadmap for how fire protection, prevention, and emergency response services are delivered in the future.
“Community input is essential as we plan for the future,” said Fire Chief Brian Moore. “We want to hear from residents and property owners throughout Edwardsburgh Cardinal about what matters most to them when it comes to fire safety, prevention, and emergency services.”
The survey takes about five minutes to complete and gives community members the opportunity to comment on the services they receive. At the end, there is also space to share any additional thoughts or suggestions.
Participation is important. Every response helps ECFD better understand what matters most to residents and will guide decisions that keep our community safe.
