
Brockville – Environment Canada has issued a Rainfall Warning for Brockville, Prescott, Mallorytown, Gananoque, Merrickville-Wolford, Kemptville, Charleston Lake, Westport, and Smiths Falls.
A long duration of rainfall is expected today through Friday evening. Heavy rainfall with total amounts of 40 to 70 mm, with locally higher amounts, is possible.
Environment Canada says a low-pressure system will impact the area today through Friday. The heaviest rain is expected to fall this afternoon through Friday morning.

Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas. Some travel delays are possible.
