Sponsorship Opportunities to Support Upcoming RiverWalk Wonderland

Prescott – RiverWalk Wonderland is returning to the Prescott Pop-Ups and RiverWalk District on Friday, December 5 and Saturday, December 6, 2025, and we’re inviting local and regional partners to help make the magic happen.

Over this special weekend, the waterfront will be transformed into an interactive holiday experience featuring the Annual Tree Lighting, a seasonal lighting display, visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus along with Santa’s reindeer, vendor markets, arts and crafts activities, hot chocolate stations, horse-drawn wagon rides, a Saturday petting zoo, and more. Lighting installations will remain in place throughout the holiday season, creating a festive destination for residents and visitors alike.

Sponsorships will help decorate the space and support interactive activities, from temporary décor on the Pop-Up sheds and craft workshops to lighting installations that can be enjoyed year after year. In return, sponsors will receive on-site recognition and alignment with one of Prescott’s signature tourism events.

Businesses and community organizations are invited to support RiverWalk Wonderland at the following levels:

• Horse-drawn Wagon Ride Sponsor – $500 – Sponsor a day of wagon rides during the event (two available), with on-site recognition at the ride departure point.
• Reindeer Visits Sponsor – $500 – Sponsor a live reindeer at the Friday evening Tree Lighting (two available), including on-site acknowledgement.
• Lighting Display Sponsor – $500 – Support a seasonal lighting feature with individual signage on your sponsored display.
• Petting Zoo Sponsor – $250 – Sponsor the family-friendly petting zoo on Saturday (two available), with on-site recognition at the petting zoo area.
• Activity/Entertainment Sponsor – $250 to $499 – Support games, performances, or workshops, with signage or acknowledgement at your sponsored activity or entertainment.
• Refreshment Sponsor – $50 to $249 – Help fuel the festivities with hot chocolate and treats, with on-site acknowledgement.
