South Grenville – The South Grenville Tri-Municipal Holiday Food Drive is back, with Augusta Township, Edwardsburgh-Cardinal Township and the Town of Prescott teaming up for the friendly competition between the three municipalities in support of the South Grenville Food Bank.
The annual event helps support families across South Grenville during the holiday season. Food insecurity affects one in seven households in our region. Your donation makes a real difference.
In Augusta Township, collection day is this Saturday, November 29th, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Volunteers will be collecting food donations in Maitland, Riverview Heights, and Maynard. Residents may bring donations out to volunteers or place them at the end of their driveway for pickup.
Additional drop-off options and full details are available on our website: www.augusta.ca/food-drive-challenge

In Edwardsburgh-Cardinal Township (TWPEC), they invite all TWPEC residents to help fill the shelves at the South Grenville Food Bank.
The challenge collects non-perishable food for local families, with the focus is supporting neighbours who face food insecurity.
Donation locations include the Township Office, Spencerville Arena, Ingredion Centre and both branches of the EC Public Library. Drop off donations by December 15 at noon.
Let’s show our community spirit and make sure every family has food on the table this season.
The Town of Prescott’s drop-off locations have not been announced yet, but you can drop off donations at the South Grenville Food Bank in Prescott at 136 Henry St West.
