Braves Lost 3-1 to Ottawa on Saturday in CCHL Action

Ottawa – The Ottawa Jr. Senators defeated the Brockville Braves 3–1 on Saturday at the Jim Durrell Sports Complex.

Ottawa built a 2–0 first-period lead with goals from Campbell and Mead. The Braves responded in the second period as Dervish scored to cut the deficit to one, but Ottawa answered later in the frame with Tellier’s goal, which stood as the game-winner.

Johnson earned the win for Ottawa, stopping 22 of 23 shots. Caley made 34 saves on 37 shots for Brockville.

The Braves travel to Kemptville to play the 73’s on Wednesday night. Game time is 7:00 pm.
