Athens Won in OT 4-3 Over Renfrew Tuesday Night in EOJHL

Renfrew – The Athens Aeros won 4-3 in overtime over the Renfrew Timberwolves in EOJHL action on Tuesday night in Renfrew.

Scoring the four Aeros’ goals were Garritt Palmer (Thompson) on a shorthanded goal in the first period, Connor Poulin (Thompson) in the second period, a second goal of the game by Palmer (Jansen, Kealey) in the third and Cohen Merkley (Palmer) with the game-winning goal in overtime.

Athens travels to Perth to play the Blue Wings starting at 7:30 pm tonight.
