Brockville – On April 30, 2024, at about 12:45 am, Brockville Police received a report of a disturbance on Chancery Lane. Information was that it sounded like three people were involved and the sounds of items breaking could be heard.
Officers arrived and everything was quiet. Police did eventually locate a 43-year-old, male in the area. It was determined that there was a warrant for the male’s arrest for intimate partner-related assault, assault with a weapon and failure to comply with probation.
These charges stemmed from an investigation in October 2023. He was arrested and held in custody for a bail hearing.
