Athens – The 43rd annual Farmersville Exhibition is taking place this Friday, July 19th, Saturday, July 20th and Sunday, July 21st at Centennial Park and Centennial 76.
There will be Vintage Tractors, Trucks, Machinery, Cars, and Motorcycles on display with this year’s feature tractor, International Harvester.
Live Music on Friday from 8-11 pm, Saturday from 6-9 pm and Sunday from 12-2 pm and 2:30-5 pm.
There will also be Vendors, Crafters, Children’s Amusements from 10-4 on Saturday and 10-3 on Sunday, Pony Rides, Chainsaw Carving,
Wagon rides (Saturday), and Saturday evening Chicken dinner at the Pavilion ($$ ticket with admission bracelet) limited quantity of tickets.
As well, Shriner’s is serving breakfast at the Pavilion ($$) on Saturday and Sunday, open to the public when the gates are open.
Everything gets underway on Friday when the grounds open at 5:30 pm. The Truck Pull begins at 6:00 pm followed by live country music at the pavilion from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
On Saturday the grounds open to the public at 9:00 am with the Shriner’s Breakfast running from 7 to 10:30 am. The day will feature a car show, Western Games, Chainsaw Carving, Pony Rides, Wagon Rides, Children’s Amusements, Vintage Tractor Pull, Pedal Tractor Pull for kids and much more. Live music Saturday night at the pavilion is Bigg Wat from 6-9 pm.
On Sunday there will feature Chainsaw Carving, Pony Rides & Zoo, Lawnmower Pull, and live music from Family Tradition from 12-2 pm and
Craig Curtis from 2:30-5 pm.
Admission fees are:
$30 – Weekend Pass
Daily Rates:
$15 – Friday Night
$15 – Saturday Night
