Brockville – Please be advised that Customer Service/Revenue Services at City Hall will be unavailable on Monday, September 23 as the team will be completing training off-site.
Services that will be unavailable that day include:
- paying water or tax bills (available online)
- updating or creating accounts
- paying for parking tickets (available online)
- purchasing parking passes, bus passes, and garbage tags
- issuing marriage licenses
- commissioner of oaths
- all other services that are normally found at the front desk.
For your convenience, many of these services (including paying for taxes, water, and parking tickets) can be processed with online banking. More information can be found on our website under “Bill Payments”.
Appointments made with staff members of other departments will continue as planned. If you have an appointment scheduled, the staff member that you made the appointment with will meet you inside the entrance area of City Hall. Walk-in appointments will not be possible.
Staff in all other departments remain available by phone or email.
Regular service will resume on Tuesday, September 24.
