South Grenville Chamber of Commerce Takes Ownership of the Fort Town Night Run

Prescott – The South Grenville Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce that it has officially assumed ownership of the beloved Fort Town Night Run, an annual event that has become a cornerstone of our community’s social calendar.

Beginning this year, the Chamber will take on the responsibility of organizing and managing the event, which features a vibrant run through the picturesque South Grenville.

The Fort Town Run not only promotes health and fitness but also brings together residents and visitors for a night of fun, camaraderie, and community spirit.

“We are excited about this new opportunity to enhance the Fort Town Run experience,” said Kevin Spencer, Chair of the South Grenville Chamber of Commerce. “Our goal is to build upon the event’s legacy while incorporating fresh ideas that engage participants of all ages.”

The Chamber plans to maintain the run as it has been offered in the past for the 2025 event with plans to introduce a number of enhancements to the event the following year, including increased entertainment, local vendor participation, and an exciting post-run celebration. Community feedback will play an essential role in shaping the future of the Fort Town Run, ensuring it continues to thrive as a community-focused event.
