Perth – The Athens Aeros won a 4-2 decision over the Perth Blue Wings on Friday night in Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League (EOJHL) action in Perth.
Perth got on the board first on a goal by Ethan Wooler in the first period. Athens’ first goal was from Alex McGlade in the first period. The Blue Wings would pick up one more to lead the game 2-1 at the end of the first.
McGlade would score his second goal of the game in the second period to tie the game at 2-2 at the end of the period.
Athens would pick up two more in the third on goals by McGlade, his third of the night and Wylie Dixon.
The Aeros host the Carleton Place Canadians on Sunday starting at 2:30 pm.
